I made one the other day that was 4 eggs, about 7 sausage links, hash browns.... salsa, cheese, the works.
the one i made today was 3 eggs, salsa, cheese... simple.

I had that on friday. Grabbed an early night n felt mostly better the next day.
I had to jump off the tube half way home, run out the station while trying to not throw up everywhere, then threw up in a bin!
