I've had the best of wines, I've had the worst of wines. At the end of the day, it's all the same. I'm not an Oenophile and I don't pretend to be one (unless someone else paid for the wine and they bought an expensive one to impress me...then it's all ooohs and aaahhhs). Of course you are going to think vintage wine is good, especially if you aren't well versed in wine tasting - vintage wine is supposed to be excellent, posh, rare, a delicacy. Even if you don't like the taste you will never make that known for fear of being uncouthe, uncultured swine.
