For starters, I can't import .mp3 files. I've used Premiere before and distinctly remember being able to import those.

My main problem is that when I import some fraps files I've recorded, the audio does not play when previewing the sequence, and in fact, it shows the wave form of the audio of that video as completely flat. But when I play the raw file on windows media player, the audio is there, so I know it was recorded. And besides, I've used fraps before and imported footage and everything worked fine. (Before I reformatted a long time ago)

I searched for adobe premiere audio codecs but didn't find much. Can anyone help? Thanks
