White-tailed spider

The white-tailed spider, a species indigenous to Australia, has long been blamed for a necrotic bite, producing symptoms similar to a brown recluse. However, recent studies into this spider have led many to believe that its bite produces no serious effects in humans; in particular, necrotic ulcers were not observed. White-tail bites do cause localized pain and lesions. [12] Nonetheless, the white-tailed spider still is rather infamous in Australia, and frequently referred to as a dangerous spider.
by your description, these are the same spiders.
I remember watching a doco on tele a few years back, that proved that a bite from our species of white-tipped spiders will cause your skin and muscle to rot. Far as I'm concerned, any white-tip I see can die a horrible death. Same goes for redbacks.

I hate spiders as well...cant stand them.  Here in Indiana Brown Recluse and Black Widow spiders, they are fairly common.  The Brown Recluse is probably more common than the Widow.  Other than the Black Widow, there is a Brown Widow.  It is the same shape and all, but the red hour glass is an orange-ish color, while the rest of the body is brown.

Camel spiders would be freakish to come across too.

Its only the male, and only because of a spike thing on its hind legs, IIRC. Also, I don't know what all this 'duckbilled' shit is, but its just called 'platypus'. Its like calling it a four-legged buffalo.

It's hard for me not to be scared, considering the fact the White-Tips are LIVING in my room!

I don't even know where they come from, be it the floor, roof, walls... makes it hard to sleep.
Well there no harm in being a bit scared, I should have put this in my past post.

Being Scared keeps you alive. its a reflex from caveman time, be it with snakes, spiders, Tyrannosaur Rex , etc.......

As for your problem have you called in the exterminators yet?
No, because they haven't really appeared much. I've seen (read 'killed') 3 W-tips over the last 3 months, and because that really isn't much when you think about it, my dad hasn't called the exterminator yet, and probably won't.

Plus i have dental work coming up, so i'm not sure if we can afford dentistry costs and extermination fees too.
I'de rather skip a dentist appointment to exterminate spiders from my room!! ewwwwwww

I am not that scared of larger spiders, although I would back away if one came towards me.

Im scared of small spiders. The reason being you ask? Ive had 2 fucking crawl across my face while I was sleeping, now that is fucking scary. Waking up with a fucking 1-2 inch wide spider on your face. Fling it against the wall then stamp the little bastards to death. Bollocks. Now ive fucking freaked myself out, gunna be hard to sleep tonight even though its never happened while in my house.

Thing is before I got these spiders, I used to hate them too, but since having them and holding them, I am no longer scared.

I mean how can you be scared of a little house spider after holding a 6inc tarantula.
My problem with spiders is i know too much about them. i read a lot of "Worlds Most Dangerous" type books, and over the years I've learned to tell the difference between safe spiders and dangerous spiders. Tarantulas aren't dangerous. I'd like to see you pick up a pissed off White-Tip spider and not be scared. Those things cause necrosis.
