I have a GeForce 6800, earlier I was taking out my mother board (dont ask) and then I put it back in. I put in all the hardware back where it seemed it was supposed to go (it fit better when I was putting it back in than it did when I was taking it apart) and plugged in all the chords into the right slots. Now, for some reason when I start my computer, the num, caps, and scroll lock all flash on my keyboard and go off, and the monitor doesn't come on. I realized that not even the fan on my video card was moving, but the little light on the bottom of the back of my computer was on for the airport or whatever it was. What the crap have I done?
Perhaps you didn't seat everything in the respective slots properly.
I'm pretty sure I set them all in as snug and legit as they can go. I even tried taking it out a couple of times and putting it back in. I can't figure out what else I'm doing wrong.
Actually, I just noticed a little metal roundish thing broke off from my motherboard.
So long 10 years of working for a computer and my entire BF2 experience. </3.

I'm not sure if its a capacitor or not, it's not cylinder shaped, its shaped like a twinky, and its not very big, and it seemed as though it was glued on by the manufacturer.
No I mean like, it was entirely glued, haha.
Like there was no soldering marks or anything, it literally just was glued to the moffukka.
I dunnaw, I'll get a pic if I can.

Hahaha, it makes sense to me bro.

Look at the very middle, there is the black arrow
Right above where the big black arrow starts, at its tail, there is the twinky bitch I was talkin' about

Well I mean like I said, I found it glued, and hopefully if its JUST a battery I won't be completely screwed if it's needed to be soldered.
It wasn't glued, I was being retarded and looking at it hoping it was glued. They were actually soldering marks, so anyone who could tell me how to solder this without ruining everything would be a champ.
