Another fail by brad, Germany had superior technology for the most part of the war, and even held onto that claim until the end of the war. By then though the allies had the superior numbers and the Germans had lost a lot of skilled leaders and such. If Germany had the ability to mass produce their heavier tanks, or their superior fighters and bombers. they probably would have held back the allied advance. We're talking about air power here, not ground power. The U.S. also used the quantity vs quality on the ground (Example, Shermans vs Tigers, Panzers, etc...).
