I have 32378 pts but my rank is Master Seargent.I have some friends with lower points but they are First Seargent!!i have all badges necessary to be first seargent!

You have to earn the badges before you reach 20,000 points and not after. If you earned the badges when you were already at master sergeant then you will not advance to first sergeant.
If I had 100 points for every post like this I've seen I'd have more points that {TA}Firestorm and BLaZiN.Uk combined
