Well, last years budget was drastically cut. This year's budge is seeing even worse. So, instead of raising tuition for the 3rd time in a year. CSU ( and anything that hits the CSU's will get to the UC's eventually) will be dropping majors and departments if they arent enough enrolled. Rumor is, no lecturers for all the CSU in 2010-2011.
