Warlord with Claymores is the perfect place to do it. Although, I prefer the TV Station plaza as my location of preference. I had a system going last night that wielded suprisingly positive results.
Try this:
(note: My buddy was commander during this so I did have a bit of an advantage)
Spawn at TV Station with Sniper. Place one claymore at the entrence of the small room that leads into the main room where the flag is and the put your other claymore next to the main door leading in to the main room. Next, b-line for the roof and have the commander drop supplies on the roof. Re-arm your claymores. Next, zip-line across the street into one of the many balconies that are directly west of the TV Station. Hide and wait for the claymores to explode...2 kills. Have commander drop a UAV on the flag to make sure it is clean, and if it is, rinse and repeat.
It's a vicious cycle.
Also, as a side note, I noticed that people would lay down against the wall next to the flag on the left side to avoid snipers from the adjesent roof and to watch the doorway (since there is no ladder). The wall is particularly thin in that spot and peoples feet tend to hang out on the other side of the wall. If you are in the correct spot that I told you to be in, you have a perfect view to these peoples feet and you can actually shoot their feet and it registers as a hit. If you are using the M95, this usually results in a kill and a flag defend.
Thank you EA for your shitty wall texturing, it allowed me to rack up 70 points as a sniper by shooting peoples feet through a wall.
