But as for legality, i dont know. Do they have to provide the nice glass? If you want the free water, come in back and stick your head under the faucet like a dog. If you want to pay 1.50 for our water, you can have it with ice and in a glass, delivered to your table by a waitress with big tits.

They're not allowed to charge you for tap water. I used to order only tap water here in Austria because at first I didn't like the mineral water, so the waiters would always pitch a fit and keep trying to say "One mineral water" with a passive aggressive tone, and only after correcting them once or twice did they bring me my damn water. I usually ask for a beer and a water, though, because beer dehydrates me.

1.50 for essentially tits that I'll never see on a waitress that I'll probably never fuck and ice that takes a considerably long time to melt, thereby preventing me from drinking the water it will become within a reasonable amount of time? Dude, if I want service like that, I'll go to a strip club. At least there the waitresses are topless.

When I worked at Baskin Robbins we charged 25 cents for a glass of water whether it had ice or not if you wanted it in one of our cups. The manager put out little Dixie cups next to a water fountain, and that was the only way to get free water. He was a cheap ass.
