You don't have to "spend time" perfecting things if you're omnipotent and omniscient.bakinacake wrote:
Well according to a Christian belief, there's all different reasons that God did that. It was probably done to signify that the Hebrews should work 6 days, and then take a seventh as a break, to relax, spend time with friends, rest. I'm sure a lot of the time he was perfecting things, making it how he envisioned. Now saying this God would of had to invent time as a dimension to place the newly created universe into. Genesis 1:1 says, In the beginning(of time) God created the Heaven and the Earth, heaven being stars, moons, galaxies, and I'd assume time. Earth being everything on earth, gravity, atmosphere, such such. But it also says it was dark and void, so nothing on it yet. Continuing on, God didn't fuck up, it was humans, according to the story the world groaned at the weight of sin, so God needed to fix it. So i guess he sent the flood.
This is purely my understanding, if you see holes in it sure, ill investigate more .
Also dinosaurs did go on the Arc, they must just not have been able to adjust to the new world again, because it was different(Changed continents, oceans, different atmosphere).
There were dinosaurs on the ark? how big was the arc and how did he deal with the freshwater fish?
God must have known that was all going to happen but he let it happen anyways and started all over again?bakinacake wrote:

How old is the earth?
What about evolution, do you believe in that?
