After patch 1.20, to get a 37kill IAR with C4 is pretty impossible unless you are really good at it.
After patch 1.21 to get a 37kill IAR with only two claymores same time is also very hard.
So for those who are not very good, myself included, the knife and pistol only servers are your best solution.
Don't feel guilty about what you are going to do. If those bastard are using this way to get their knife and pistol badges, you surely can use it to get your explosive badge. We are all stats padding, not too much of difference. But there are a couple of things you need to make sure first.
1st. You'd better play it at late night, cause most admins are more likely at sleep, you won't get kicked or banned for your smartard action.
2nd. The kick vote option is off, otherwise you will get kicked by vote immediately after you pull this shit on them.
3rd. No one with the server clan tag is on, cause they are mostly like to be admins.
If these are satified, then today is your lucky day to get your expert explosive badge.
Almost all these knife and pistol servers are Karkand and the severs will be crowded. After joining the server, play normally as the others, wait till the next round. In the meantime, watch and observe for any possible dangers.
With the new round, immediately spawn out as a MEC snipper at hotel, then holding your claymores rushing towards the front yard. At this moment a swarm of enemy infantry are probably charging towards you, lay your two claymores and fallback. You should be able to fish at least 5 kills instantly. Looking for ammo bags, if you can't find anyone to supply you, don't waste your. Run towards the enemy and get yourself killed. So you can spawn back to lay more claymores. Then everything is just a repeat: spawn, run into enemy crowd and lay claymores, get yourself killed, watching your kills go up.
If you do this right, you should be able to get your 37 kills easily in one round.
Remember a couple of things:
Make sure you are qualified for the expert badge first, you need to have 300 explosive kills.
Never try to kill with anyother weapon except claymores. By doing this, you can better track your working progress.
Don't waste your time for finding ammo bags, if no one around you, run towards the enemy and bait them into the death trap you set. So you can get killed and kills quicker.
Put the claymores with a certain depth, so after the front wave gets killed by your first claymore, they will likely get revived, so you will nail them plus the secondary wave again with your second claymore in depth.
