Man, i decided to fly slick on la Drang valley and fuck it was such an awesome round.
I flew probably around 50 or so troops from our main base to various enemy control points around the map. I would land them near by and around 3-4 troops would head in and take flags.
When there was no troops at the base to take, I would pick up a tank and fly it to troops fighting on the front line. They'd always hop in it and proceed to own. I did this several times.
I would also pick up troops who'd be shot down or were far away from the front and drop them where they were supposed to be.
When the entire ridge got re-taken by the enemy I picked up the mobile spawn and lowered it into a concealed position near the first CP on the ridge. Not long after the team took the entire ridge and we won the round.
Before victory, however, a NVA sniper put a single round through the sliding door into the cockpit and into my head while i was hovering to pick up troops.

That round was one of the most atmospheric and awesome games of internet gaming I've ever had.
