lol fail. Football teams are sponsored by lets say Nike but that doesn't mean they all have to wear Nike boots, only jersey and pants and socks obviously.ghettoperson wrote:
If they sponsored the whole team, yes you would. You clearly have no idea how sponsorship works..Sup wrote:
Do you see footballers of one team all wear the same football shoe brand?Jenspm wrote:

Poll
Am I a total faggot if I buy the whole Nike+ thing?

no | 26% | 26% - 17 | ||||
Total: 64 |
well then the team only has Nike as a kit sponsor. There are plenty of teams with boot sponsors as well, which means that every player on the team has to wear the sponsor's boots..Sup wrote:

No such thing as a team sponsor, you can have kit sponsors, shirt sponsors, (individual player boot sponsors), keeper glove sponsors, official beer sponsor, official betting affiliate and so on.
Not in football at least I haven't seen any team that has a group contract regarding boots. Examples? Sponsorship with individual player yes but a whole group with Diadora boots?Jenspm wrote:

Best teams never sign team contract for boots as players have their own favourites and only play good with their own boots. Making a contract like that would be suicidal.Jenspm wrote:
The football club Brann SK in the Norwegian top flight had a shoe-sponsorship with Umbro a few years ago, meaning the players were forced, by contract, to play with Umbro shoes.
well of course. I was just saying it exists..Sup wrote:

What does that have to do with anything? We're not saying that is the case with many football teams, we're telling you how sponsorship works. Which apparently you still can't comprehend..Sup wrote:

Nike apparel is expensive unless you want to make a fashion statement.
Sttick with Russell Athlethic, Fruit of the Loom, or no name brand apparel.
Depending on how extensive you wear out your gear, it is not worth paying
over $50.00 just so to get your Nike stained, ripped, or teared.....unless you are Tiger Woods
