I really hope that this is fake, because i love to spawn hop.
Regarding squad hopping, I've always thought that if your squad leader dies, whoever is listed below his name should automatically become the squad leader. This would make it easier to maintain your squad's presence at the front lines. EA should make it easier to spawn on a squad leader, not more difficult. If this change really does happen, EA is going in the totally wrong direction.

Remington ownes the Jackhammer. The basic Chinese/US shotguns are one shot kills if your any good at them. It might be handy in Gator, or other indoor areas, but thats it.EvilMonkeySlayer wrote:

I think the jeep thing is cool. I used to just kill myself when I was someplace I didn't want to be, then I found it was taking 2 off each time, so I started hoofing it from wherever I was stranded. With jeep drops, I don't have to worry....as much. I'll be it has a refuling time the same as the Arty.
Now all they need is a way to carry smaller jeeps (the buggies) in the transport choppers. It would cause more people to use it. Imagine on a map like Songhua, you could grab the two transport choppers load em up with guys and a full jeep and go cap the other main base. 18 guys just raping that place. And if you have as many squad leaders as possible, get all 32 people over in about a minute.

Myself I'd love to request a humvee to my position while I'm on foot on Zatar and scream NEED PICKUP at all the point horny "team mates" until one of them runs me over.
Hummer bombing the airfields could be a problem though, but people will adapt. They usually require an AT hit and a grenade to take out.

if its true there is 1 bad and 1 good thing ... the bad - you cant leave the squad etc. but that was the thing ppl liked from squads so you ea would make more lonewolfs. the good thing is that part of dropping cars. ( new commander sport : try to get tk's with dropping cars on your teammates )

Pub nubs? Buddy, once you learn how to talk in a half-civilized manner maybe people will take you seriously. Nobody believes this crap because it's obviously fake. Nobody complains about squad hopping, and nobody has shown much want for transports to be airdropped.
Bunny hopping was removed because it was a game-breaking technique that took no skill to do.

The PKM was pretty unbalanced you have to admit. Anybody that says otherwise obviously says so because it was their only way of getting points... and I don't blame them, it was a pretty fun MG while it lasted.

When the MAJORITY OF PLAYERS (read: THE GUYS THAT GET EA MONEY) are complaining about the same thing, obviously they'll want to change the stuff to please the community so they keep their customers. I hope so, I find weapon fire looping doesn't happen all that often. However, I do have the healing sound happen often. For example, I'll heal myself go back to my rifle and the sound will still be going on and on throughout the entire round.
It would be nice of EA to add some maps to BF2, why don't they just give some money to the makers of the most popular community maps and include them in the 1.3 update? (also, on another note.. anybody have a url for a good site listing some good maps? feel like trying some.. ranked maps are starting to get a bit old for me)
