I can suggest nothing, looks good imo...

except I would get an ASUS P7P55 instead but solely because I have no hands-on experience with gigabyte...

Maybe get a slightly more powerfull PSU in case the coming generations of video cards require more power?

Looks good.

400W is more than enough for that, but yeah if you are planning to upgrade it in year or two you might want one with 2 PCI-E cables and ~500W.

Swap the Gigabyte out for an Asus.

Get the Saphire, XFX, or HIS versions of the graphics card, Powercooler ain't as good.

I have experience with both Gigabyte and Asus and I would be fooling myself if I preferred one over other. I found 3rd way, EVGA tops them both haha.

Also I have a couple gigabyte mobos. All perform as expected. I <3 my GA-EX58-UD5
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'.
