Watching that video, it seems like you can only reproduce the directions of a D-Pad, up, down, up/left, down/left etc. Is it as precise as a mouse?ruisleipa wrote:

Finray, it's hard to say if it's as precise as a proper PC mouse. It's not as good as my logitech mx518 I reckon, but a vast improvement over the regular controller, for me at least. The video is a bit misleading in that you can get full 360 degree movement as with a regular mouse, I think on the vid he just kept movements simlpe so as to show the comparison.
Exactly ... the mouse is good but not nearly the quality of a PC mouse, the other control is basically a "different" PS3 controller and works quite well for movement, the pad is aweful but switched with a Qpad you have a very nice setup for FPS on PS3DeathUnlimited wrote:

After using it when playing with my mate for a couple of weeks there are 3 things that irritates me a little ...
1. It takes too long to turn around 180 degrees so one often loose knife-fights if the first strike misses.
2. The button used for knifing is located between the mouse buttons and just infront of the START button, often you depress the START button while trying to knife someone.
3. No keymapping

yeah the fragnstein has a scroll wheel on the mouse i.e. r3 (?) used for melee - push down on it. Then the start button is quite small and a 2 cm or so behinfd the wheel so it doesn't get in the way. glad you're enjoying your fragfx though man!
