Id love a Prawn Madras, after having a curry every other day during January I have laid off them for a while - Gotta think of the environment and all that.  Plus I had severe ring sting

Thanks Yeah, it's garnished with some coriander (the stalks were also part of it - finely chopped up and chucked in with the onion, peppers, garlic and ginger). That sauce was soooo nice, although I think it could have reduced down a little more.

I'd give it a 7.5-8/10. It took a while for me to prepare, and I've discovered just how woeful our knives are (apparently mum thinks that because they were good German cooking knives 25 years ago when my parents got married, they don't need to be professionally sharpened.. ) Also we didn't have a wok, and mum refused to buy one (as I assume she doesn't understand exactly how they work). I ended up borrowing one off a mate, in return for giving him a ride home from work Also, here's a tip - don't rub your nose just after chopping chili. This will result in a burning sensation up your nose for about 20 minutes.

As for the cooking - it's the first time I'd used a wok. Good fun, tho god shit happens fast, so I ended up slightly burning some of the peppers while chucking the other chopped ingredients in.

And the food itself? Pretty darn good, tho I think the pork was a little overdone, and the pineapple seemed a tad soggy. That being said, it fucking aces for a uni student. I'd be happy to live off the quality of stuff I've been cooking so far. Lol, I showed a friend that pic and she said I had to cook for her.

Hey burnzy. As you're in the same shady business as I am. Is this for real or is there a catch or something. Job. I mean it looks like the same stuff that I deal with here but those benefits are way off the scale compared to us over here. Should I start updating my CV here already and sending it their way?
