This movie borrows alot from the book The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks. Which isnt necessarily a bad thing. I am a fan of Woody Harrelson so that was a plus as well. I don't understand why people liked it. I came out of the theatre thinking everyone thought it was as bad as I did, considering the only bit people laughed at was the bill murray part.

Been a fan of Shane Meadows (Dead Man's Shoes, This is England etc.) but ain't seen this one till now, brilliant! Some good moments of humour, but a powerful and somewhat dark storyline lead by an amazing performance by Paddy Considine.
More enjoyable 'cus it set sort of in Uttoxeter which is near me and the accent's are so familiar.

Oh yeah deffo, it just depends if you like that sort of film. Difficult to describe sort of gritty social drama style thing. If you've seen This is England or Dead Man's Shoes (as Dauntless says brilliant) you should definitely check it out. If you ain't seen any of 'em you should try and watch 'em all!
