yep. loving the fact base was closed and no work. i think it happened in 03 one time too. I remember it snowed twice while I was at hood and they closed base 3 times because of road conditions.

i've been to Dallas. this so called 'hill country' had to have been across the state, becuase it was flat as a board where i was . . .

central texas had no hills. eastern texas had no hills although it did have forests and clay. as far as I remember, northern texas at the okie border had no hills.
