I'm sick of being the only medic on my team!

This is really pissing me off. From the day I started playing, to right now, I have seen not one person ever, on their own will, play as medic. I'm sure there are frequent medic players somewhere out there, but from my experience, this is not the case. I usually play as medic because of the l85, and I'm usually the only one on my team playing as medic. It gets a little old scrambling round and round deciding who to revive first or whether I should run in the patch of a tank to throw a med pack to someone. And, not suprisingly, my whole team bitches and moans that I didn't revive them or heal them. They must not understand that one medic cannot keep an entire team alive. And what do I do if I get killed? I have little chance of being revived if I'm the only medic.

Put down the claymores and noob toob and pick up a MEDIC BAG FOR GODS SAKE!

what maps are you playing where there are no medics? it seems to me that in the larger, spread out maps (china) people seem less prone to playing medics, but in maps like karcaine and sharqi people are alot more prone to being medics.

i feel ya i know this doesn't sould posible but i was playing on a karkand server the other day that people acctually used teamwork and the VOIP. we tok somany places but like you i was hte only medic in my squad and there where only 5 other medics on my team it was a full server 64 on a 64 strike map so IDK but it was also the funnest map ever i was the claymore sweeper when i put down the medic class i was clearing all the halls for every one i felt specail but my kd went way down...

Medic for life right here. I sniped a for a bit but don't do it much any more. More recently I've been playing support and AT a fair amount, but my main kit will always be Medic.

Medic is a really nice kit. Good weapons, heal yourself. Bring friendlies back to help you. L85A1 and G36E (whichever you prefer - I can never decide!). It is simply the best kit - which is why I play it a lot now.

I prefer playing medic over anything else.
(apart from Anti tank with DAO-12 in Iron Gator, so sweet for corridors)

But, I find a lot of people don't seem to see the following.

Great Gun Choice.
Medics have better radar than anyone else. (ifyour teammate dies, you can see where a potentional victim is).
As previously mentioned, YOU CAN HEAL YOURSELF. (no need to run away to find a medic)
You can heal others (points ftw)
You can revive others (as above)
Defib is a more humiliating kill than knife.

I'm surprised we don't see more medic whores to be honest.
Medics can kill any other kit on foot, with a better chance of surviving against multiple targets.

Oh yeah...

MEDIC FTW.

my favplae to be a medik is on wake, as USA on the boat at the start of the game the emimey usualy fuks off the "dont arti uncapable bases" and artis it. then u can run around reveivin people

I'm starting to play as medic because of going for the veteran medic and heal badge. I usually see a couple medics in games(about 3-5) but they are mostly spread out or they never heal people. just remember one thing:if there are no medics other than you,more points for you.

Play Moder's Karkand. Noticed none of the regs have been comin back lately. Can't say it remains so now, but that place is a giant medic whorin' orgy. You get groups of people on opposing teams running by each other frequently looking for revives rather than making kills. Love that place when you get ahold of some kind of armor- total massacre.
