I'd been trying forever to get the Crew Member Ribbon by getting 5 kills 1 driver special ability point and 13 driver kill assists and it never worked. Then yesterday I was flying wingman to this amazing pilot, i only had about 4 kills and I didn't get a special ability point and I got the ribbon and I think I also only had about 12 driver kill assists
I'm not sure on the details though, i just know that the UBAR requirements are off a little, at least for this ribbon.
