Sounds like an good idea.
to avoid exploiting, just code it with and script that sais that you cant switch kit again after you died.

another thing is to stop a mass of pkm snipers, you would make it so you would only get base weapons (basicly not unlocks)
Could definitely be an option if it weren't for possible kit-spamming. But I too like the idea of switching kits with a teammate... without having to TK them :p
