It says on the following stat site that Im Sergent Major of the Marine Corps. Isn't that only given out to 1 person a month?

Is it rare to see someone with it or am I barking up the wrong tree here?

Btw. It shows the next closest rank that you can get. Since Sgt.Maj of the Corps doesn't have a certain points level requirement(after 50,000) it shows next because you can get it in any second.* (This rank has specific requirements and if you get it you can have it only for one monts)
