i got a hold of their online support people... and they said its because our bill wasnt paid



i checked it online and there's a balance of $11.27 owing on the 18th of this month lol



then he tells me to call in and talk to them to fix it........... HOW?!?!?!

$11.  For fucks fucking sake whats a matter with people eh?  I know they are fucked if all their customers did that but Id go bust if I put everyone on stop who owed me a fiver.  (£5)

I was put on stop last week for not paying £8 to one of our suppliers, I usually spent £800 a month with them but in that month (Jan) I spent just £8 and they put me on stop.
