oh, good luck then, cya!
Why did you sell it?
Upkeep costig me about 500+ Euro a month sine I had it on my name. Plus when you go flat out, it does about 1-5. I'm gonna go look some something cheaper but still fast enough.
What does upkeep mean? The car was having mechanical issues?
No its 100% on the mechanical side, I'm referring to gas, insurance, roadtax, oil & fluids.

Insurance I can understand, you guys get killed over there from what I hear. What's a road tax and how much is your gas over there?
Road tax is what you pay for having the car on public roads, about 60 Euro's iirc and Benzine is at the moment 1.50 Euro's a litre.
wuts that mexican food called hurricane made a thread about it once, it was like quantapole or something any ideas karma to those who help....
So you guys are paying 6.75 a gallonEngineer_Fox wrote:

Is it all roads or just highways and stuff?

All roads. If you don't have number plates on them, you don't pay but then you're restricted to private raods as on private property.

1 gallon = 4.5 liters
4.5 x 1.50 = 6.75
Unless my calculator is wrong..

It seems reasonable that only those who create wear on the roads should have to pay for road upkeep.Engineer_Fox wrote:

We have the sorta same thing over here in the U.S., my car needs to be reregistered soon.Superior Mind wrote:

Then again we also have to pay tolls for highway usage.
Also depends on what kind of car you have. If you drive a 1.3 Suzuki something it's far cheaper than to drive a 2.8 V6.
I'm pretty sure it's a flat rate thing over here with our car registration.Engineer_Fox wrote:

Well at least you guys have good mass transit.
Lol Jersey. NYC transit rapes all.Marlo Stanfield wrote:

Yeah, god bless public transportation...
I think by next week, I'll buy a VW 1.8 GTI or something. Either a Golf or a Corrado.
