I have an ATI 4650 and i use the HDMI out option and for some weird reason its like my monitor doesnt want to take up the entire screen. I use 1920x1080 and my monitor is perfectly capable of doing this. If i scale it down to a lower res then the entire screen will be taken up. The text is also a bit blurred too.

tldr: Txt is blurry, 1920x1080 is not using up my whole monitor. There's a black border around it. Wut do?

Does your monitor have an "auto adjust" button? Try that and see what happens.

try screwing with the left-right/up-down/etc settings and see if the auto adjust then lets you. if not try emailing the manufacturer

other than that dont really know what to do

Look up scaling. Don't know how to do it on ATI. CCC layout is utter shit.
