Just wanted to know if it yielded a decent performance increase over buying a new GB of ram for my laptop? I've got a 4GB memory stick sitting around and wanted to know if I could put it to any use?
Yeah, there is some performance increase, definitely noticeable if you a shitty laptop.

on low ram systems it works great. on high ram systems it can even slow you down. high ram is 4gig
