Getting Videos off Ipod

So... ages back I bought Blade Runner from Itunes, then consequently upgraded my pc, forgetting to make a backup...
Apple, being bastards, won't let me get stuff off my Ipod onto my pc.
Tried googling this and it just gives me useless music ones, does anyone have a decent program to get video off of an ipod and onto a pc?

I'd type my pc specs out all fancy again but teh mods would remove it. Again.

Can't you just redownload from itunes?
