They specifically say don't do anything about the future because you can't research it. I made something up about Israel-Palestine, I think I have a while yet to come up with an actual topic.
More from an economic perspective, but the oil conflict in Nigeria, as well as micro financing in Africa are interesting topics. Again, I guess they're more economics topics than IR.
