Easiest way to add songs and pictures to my ipod touch without itunes

Ahh I was having this exact issue 2 days a go download SharePod and all your problems will go

Its mini itune and thats the only thing worked for me 2 days back I was having hell with itune after looking tutorials on youtube still no luck

I downloaded SharePod and all my tracks are on ipod now

dTunes can play videos as well.

I've just put some music on my iPhone using Winamp.
