Hi all

Just wondering if anyone knows a USB tv tuner that has RCA inputs so I can plug in wii/ ps3 whatever

Im thinking the usb might be a bit slow or something but i dunno
btw its only temporary.

If anyone can find anything it would be appreciated

( have searched btw before I get flamed)

Sorry you want a USB that will put video from your Wii to your TV? is that possible?

Is your laptop even powerful enough? Even so, I don't think you'll be able to see much of what's going on if the PS3 is hooked up (I even tried playing my PS3 with composite hookups on a 24" and shit was still small and blurry).

Those TV Boxes are decent (I've used one before, as well as a capture card), but will likely not work with your laptop unless it's USB. Laptops don't have VGA in ports, afaik.

i doubt the laptop would be good enough but thought id try

Oh wait, yes it is USB, my bad (The one I used connected to monitor with VGA).

I suppose you could try it out for kicks, but if you get it from eBay, you won't be able to return it. Go to a big electronics store and get one from there instead.
E: Well, if it's only $15, might as well go for it

I have a WinTV USB tuner. It's coaxle in though... would that work for you?

I run everything through my PC into my TV. (1080p)

Back before the era of Windows Vista and Win7, I used an ATI TV Wonder Pro. Awful device, the drivers sucked and the software it forced you to sue sucked more, but if I ran it in VLC, I managed to get it to not lag too much so my PS2 was playable.

But 1) I don't know how well it'll translate to a USB tuner
and 2) The image wasn't clear per-se, like the text was readable, but it was fuzzy 'round the edges. (17" screen at the time)

I think he want's the other direction. Into the lappy.

I have the cable you are looking for at home. I can't think of the brand right now. I've used it to record XBOX 360 play on my PC before .
