I've had a ton of uber-gratifying kills, but this one stands out:

Playing as spec-ops on Mashtuur, defending the Hill base (if that's what it's called. The northeastern most base.)
I'm on top of the building adjacent to the flag, when a full blackhawk flies in low to cap it. This was way back when passengers could assist. Dropped a C4 right on the rotor axle... kablooey. A six-fer.

There's also the time I took out this hind, that was bugging out at like 75m, with an RPG. I fire so far in front of him, I can't see him in my scope. I keep looking as he enters my scope, and the fatal RPG hits.

Oh, and the well-placed last longbow rocket, right into the back of some guy at full speed on his ATV...

You pick. I can't.

hmm my most satisfying happened on sharqi as the US at the tv station..... there was the MEC chopper raping as usual and it went like this, jumped in the tank fired at the APC jumped out and got in the tow, killed the apc with it, the T-90 rolls up the ramp, i aim for the track with the tow but miss, still hitting him he runs behind to try and circle around, i jump back in the tank and shoot and kill him, then turning to see the chopper heading right for me, fire a single round throught the canopy.... BOOM

TV missile getting stuck when I fire it (you see the missile spiralling away from the tv screen and you can't guide it) and taking out a fighter.

Plane tried to shoot my Cobra down on Oman, so I dip down and he happened to go to the same direction. I thought I had accidently made him ram but I found out I killed him out of the cockpit and his empty plane drifted on.

He stayed clear of my chopper for the rest of the round

1. Killing a Jet with my parachute was kinda funny he just suicided against me and i got the kill and savely landed
2. (in the time we could throw c4) I was on some stairs in Karkand near a Flag (the last of the MEC) the most of them wanted to get upstairs, but i threw 1 C4 at them... BOOM, 6 kills, and they were flying HIIIIIGH!!!... (after that one i threw a lot more, but never got that many kills again with 1 c4

I think the best one i ever had, was in Mashtuur. There was a typical blackhawk whore squad that had the thing fully loaded. 3 engineers to repaire in flight, the 2 gunners and pilot (obviously). They flew in to cap our flag, and i think it was only 1 of 2 that we had, so the majority of the team was there. As it swooped in to hover above the flag, i could see the cockpit windshield and the back of the pilots head (i was in the back-right area), so i had a pretty good angle on it. Well i fired my eryx in the side door to the blackhawk, and it must have hit the pilot in the back of the head, because i killed all 6 of them, and the chopper just fell to the ground. Not really sure on how i managed it, but i didnt complain.

My most gratifying kill =
Wake Island. On USMC side. Sniping from the AA at that little hut besides the runway and China had the Airfield.
Two people got into the chopper. One pilot, the other was the gunner in my view. The chopper took off while I was reloading so i didn't have time to shoot at the gunner. The chopper was about 50 feet off the ground and about 75-100 meters away, moving at about 20 M.P.H.. Took a shot at gunner and what do you know...BOOM HEADSHOT! Not only did i think that was extremely gratifying to shoot the gunner out of a moving chopper, but i found it more gratifying when the dead gunners body did not just sit on the chopper's .50, it fell out from 50 feet, which made me laugh hysterically.
