The Insomnia365 server was mentioned a bit earlier. A few of the BF2S "lifers" hang out there, [CANADA]_Zenmaster for instance, and I've seen [GDC] SinnFein a few times. The players are usually mature (as much as can be expected anyway), pings are decent for North America (average 60), and best of all it's 24/7 Sharqi (not Karkand--a nice change of pace but still a good balanced map with a little something for everyone). If I were to post the servers I play on all of you shmucks would show up and start bitching about someone tank whoring or jet whoring or whatever other stupid things you jerks bitch about.
I play tigerland Everyday. It is a great mix of players. Some highly skilled players and some novices. Most of the time there is an admin online in some form to take care of any problems. IF you get the chance to play with Drakeride and EXERCITO_BRASILEIRO do so. They are some good guys who know how to keep a good balance of serious and fun, and they will take time out of the game to actually admin unlike some other servers.

many players on there are regulars (including myself)
PB settings are good (kicked for high ping, tk, idle, etc)

runway blocking/tk for vehicles runs rampant when admins arent on (which is often)
base raping is allowed...and actually endorsed by the admins (even if US has a flag or if PLA only has one flag)
lately, admins have been absent (could just be that I'm only on late at night though)
other notes:
my clan has been declared "not welcome" on their server (not me though, I'm still allowed in), but I still highly recommend this server

I dunno the IP's off hand, but type "truevil" or "tex" into the server search and you'll find them. I play on them almost everytime I play. I think Truevil has more active admins, but I dunno. Both servers have good rules, one of them being "no attacking uncaps until you own all flags". Either one or the other is almost always populated, sometimes both are.
I play on Kamikaze sometimes aswell, but it's somewhat laggy for me. Type {Kamikaze} into server search.
