Tissot PRC200. Make sure you get this exact one though, they do a couple of difference PRC200's which don't look anything like as good.

the watch i usually wear is a luminox with a rubber band. i believe its discontinued and it looks REALLY nice. its definitely less than 350 ill get a picture of it in a little

it does that no light glow in the dark thing too. sweet

Look into Esprit or Fossil. It depends on the kind of look you are going for with this "nice watch". Give us maybe a picture of clothes you wear and a picture of your current watch so we can move away from what you currently have.
