I have this phone

The OLED screen isnt working so replacing it wont be hard. Do these screens completely break or just bleed or what?

They lose brightness and slowly fade away.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Im asking how the screens break? I think? Mine is completely dead. It wont display anything. I just wanna make sure it's the screen and not another component of my phone.

tl:dr Is it possible for the screen to just completely stop working randomly? Or would it be another part of my phone?

You're asking if the fact your screen has cracks all through it means it's broken, or could it be something else wrong with your phone?
What the fuck?

If you crack it, it's not 'stopped working at random', no? Yes, if you crack an OLED, it might stop working all together. There is no off-panel backlight like on an LCD.

Ok, I'm guessing it was dropped or stepped on or something similar. If that cracked the screen, for sure that's part of the problem. However, there's no guarantee that other internal parts haven't been broken.

You might end up putting more money/time in to it fixing it than it is worth. You may consider just getting another phone if possible. Perhaps it's still under warranty?
