For the record, I wanted the job because I was bored stiff with the forums. I got bored with the phony and meaningless inter-mod dramas and with the average users bitching and moaning. Now, being mean to fm is getting boring.

The forums mirror life. Small powers are the ones that gets used the most often. People are contradictory and like to be pricks to each other.
I simply have better ways to spend my time. I have employees, a business, kids and am forming a band. My whole day is filled with responsibilities.

In fairness. About a week or so after I resigned I asked for my ATG account to be unbanned. chuy actually showed wisdom because I had intended a ban spree to end all ban sprees and he said you can have the account back but without the badge.
I said okay, with some annoyance.
In the end, it was the best for me and the site.
No hard feelings.
If I wanted to herd sheep I would move to Spain.
