LOL it's based from a comic book which means the characters will be over the top. The father and daughter are suppose to be like the Punisher-type vigilantes yet hold some tradition family values. For the super heros genre type movies, this movie is different because the characters do not have any super powers and mostly rely on their guts and luck. It can be no worse than the Fantastic Four movies.

not sure what it is, to be quite honest. figured it's another super hero movie, parody/comedy , or a ghey-disney tween movie. All I know it's from Lion Gate so it can't be a tween-bopper movie. I plan on seeing it today though.Miggle wrote:

missed the first 10 minutes of the movie which started out slow. nic cage wasnt bad and didnt turn it into a shit movie. kick-ass girl friend "katie"is hot n gets semi nude for the film, not enough McLuvin if you ask me but it is better than other comic book super hero movies.

The initial premise seemed sorta interesting and though I'm not a fan of 'teen movies' I thought it was kinda cool and might have went to see it until the part with Nick Cage. When it turned into a action movie featuring Nick Cage it just became a total turn off for me. Stop being an interesting new movie and turned Nick Cage trying to get out of debt shitfest. Was anyone else totally turned off to idea of going to see this movie once they showed Nick Cage and the other childs actions sequences?
On a sidenote: Did anyone else find it kinda wrong to have a11 year old say cock in a movie/movie trailer?
