on a related note, i;ve seen somewhere (Brookstone, i think?) a cd player/ harddrive player... it basically rips any cd to its internal hard drive, function stand-alone, yet can network (maybe USB?) to a computer as well...

Problem for me is I want to maintain my stats in iTunes (play count, etc.) so I'll have to re-rip using iTunes. I have a program that can do it better and more accurately though, so I'd prefer to do that... but then I'll lose the iTunes info

I made a thread about it a while back and I keep forgetting to bump it. I'll have to bump that tomorrow when more people are on.

itunes play counts.. i used to be attached to keeping them i was like when one song hit 1000 plays. the closest any other song got to 1000 was 500 lol

after getting a laptop i stopped caring. and now with zune i get badges instead..

On a side note: any of you PS3 players? I'm looking at the ModNation Racers game and it looks so childish, yet so ridiculously awesomely fun. Almost want to create a thread for it but I'm too lazy to gather all the info. I don't want to get my hopes up, but it just might be the kart racing game to top the one I have so much nostalgia for: Crash Team Racing (CTR).

Apparently son of the King of Finland was arrested in Switzerland last weekend. Didn't even know we're a monarchy now. Must've happened during the night when I was sleeping... Guy claims to be King Son Rot, the son of the King of Finland. Dunno about that, but he kinda looks like Dennis Haysbert.

So I found a website that has pictures of the nieghborhood I grew up in. There were 50+ pics and most of them are from the early 1900s/1940s. Then I saw that the government took pictures of every single house/building from 1939-1941 and in the mid 1980s. Instead of making it openly available to the public they're selling individual photographs for around $50. How fucked up is that?
