It was a valid question. What is your opinion based on? Mine is based on personal experience when dealing with Marines and discussing tactics with them. 11B seems to have a similar opinion based on similar experiences. We were both in the US Army and deployed to Iraq in '04 from Fort Hood, TX.

So again, what is your opinion based on? First hand experience? First hand accounts? Or are you simply buying into the myth they've built up over the centuries that is the recruiting tool used to get them the brashest, loudest, most foolhardy recruits possible? They want recruits that will shout 'Sir, yes sir!' when ordered to run face first into a wall. Those recruits then grow up and become NCOs which perpetuates the stupidity.

While doing a search for the pics I found out they got rid of the old green class A's and replaced them with blues for everyone. Wish they had done that when I was in. The dress greens were nasty.
