goddommot i'm angry. i was hoping to lie in bed and listen to mellow music and fantasize about naughty things. but no, the wireless headphones are fucking up (well, they're like 7 years old but still).

could put on my stereo, but i've got a loft bed and the speakers are on my desk so the sound doesn't travel as well and i'd have to have it up loud but then family will come knocking down my door, thus ruining my mellow fantasize fall asleep mood.

My friend and I took on a challenge. You know the book "1001 albums you must hear before you die" that spans from 1950 to 2007? Well, we're going to listen and rate each and every one of them. To keep some variation in it, the list has been organised alphabetically by album name.

So I started yesterday with 1977 by Ash, rated it 3½ stars (out of five), but I'm scared now because the two upcoming albums I have to listen to are Van Halens 1984 (eww) and 1999 by Prince. After that I've got something better ahead when I'm on to Rush's 2112 (yeah ATG), (What's the story) Morning glory by Oasis (it's up in the list because of the brackets) followed by Metallicas ..and Justice for All.

I'm thinking this project will take me about 3-4 years if I stick with it.

Sure lowing's pretty intense in his views but since when did he actually post questionable content? I'm looking at the thread now and well, seems more of the same stuff he normally posts when you get him wound up about terrorism.
