Okay so I'm thinking about this:

Don't really want to go higher than $580 if you want to recommend something.

I've got the exact same PSU and I can vouch for it performing well and looking great in your machine, plus the modular feature is the only way to go. You could quite well get away with 500-600w, but if you get the 700w you'll be able to safely xfire later down the track.
And that leads me to echoing alexb, you'll want a fullsize ATX board.

Ya, I currently have a Micro ATX board. Don't really like the fact that my sound card has about 1 cm(? its really close) of space between it and the video card.

Decided on this motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6813131604
