Where can i get battlerecorder to download for your server?  Under the community button when you long on to BF2.  You will see the server name and when you click on the server name you have a button that says download.  Click that button to download the file that was recorded.

Can i go to a battlerecorder server alone and then view myself?  Can you better explain what you mean with this question.

Does it cost anything to put it on your server? Other then additional bandwidth, EA/DICE do not charge any extra money.

If you want you can create a Local Server, and test the battlerecoder yourself.  After creating the local server you will need to press the console key, by default it is the tilde (~) key.  To start the recording you will need to type in demo.recordDemo [demoname] this will save the file in  \Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2 Demo\mods\bf2\Demos directory as the name you use in place of [demoname].  To stop the recording type demo.stopRecordingdemo.ShutdownDemo shutdown the demo.
