While I have always believed that (almost) every piece of music can be enjoyed in their occasions, I think that there's always something better to listen to in said occasions. For example, Green day are great if you're chilling with friends, but we all can find better music to chill to. Same. There's a bunch of very shitty songs that I quite like because of hearing them at clubs and so they sorta grow on you. The most egregious example of this is that one Black Eyed Peas song, where they sing in Jewish. I forget what it's called. But when I first heard that I couldn't stand it and was genuinely blown away as to how anyone could listen to their music. But having listened to it umpteen million times in clubs I almost 'like' it.
