Well since the bubble burst as a "license" step, we had to take 20 hours of class, get fingerprinted and pass tests. Well the tests were on laws and it was a federal test so it was worded crazy. But I passed, and am now a licensed Loan Originator.

Just wanted to pat my self on the back.

it's not my money, I only lend what the banks tell me I can :-P...

But not really, the banks now have all the bail out money. So they have more then enough money to survive without lending.
