Get this, i was in a 32 karkand and i was using the anti tank kit, and the reason is because i hate all armor i want to destroy it. anyways so i shot 2 anti tank rockets at an apc it blew right away, but guess what i didnt get the kill my sqaud leader did, so i said cool. but i look in sqaud map and my sqaud leaders at cement factory????? and im at hotel?????

WTF!!!
anything similar happen to anyone???

Are you sure it was your leader? I know if you hit it and make it flame, and someone shoots it with anything (could be a pistol bullet) they will get the kill for hitting it last before it blows up.

If it was your squad leader was he a sniper? Hmm, I don't think you could even see that far as a sniper.

You will never get the credit for a kil on a Tank or APC with small arms fire. You MUST register a Hit and small arms dont register as hits on Tanks or APC's.

Its Possible that the Tank or APC hit a Claymore or Mine though. If it said "Sqaudleader [Killed] Guy in APC" then it was probobly a AT Mine or Claymore that he left inthe road, Died and it blew after he respawned back at the Cement factory.

WRONG! You can steal credit by getting the last hit on any vehicles.

yes, but you need to do damage to said vehicle to get credit. Shooting a tank with your pistol does not do any damage, thus you will not get credit for the kill. Small arms do damage helicopters, jets and cars, as well as the phalanx on the essex, so shooting any of these vehicles with your guns will get you credit for the kill if you're the last one to damage them.
