Did you line up the triangle on the proc with the triangle on the mobo? You shouldn't have to force it, should just gently go in on its own.

Open device manager and netwrok connections, the LAN adapter show up there? The wifi card?
Bevo
Nah
+718|6779|Austin, Texas
I don't see the LAN adapter, I don't think :\ but the wifi card does show

ed: my wifi card is picking up a signal, and the name of the network, and is "connected", (same with my LAN), but neither are receiving anything

Check the properties make sure it's not disabled or some shit. See if you can ping 127.0.0.1.

So the LAN adapter shows in  your network connections? Try disabling the LAN if you're using th wifi and it's saying connected. I seem to have better luck letting windows manage the wireless connections so if you're using some adapter client like the lynksis software switch it to windows.

Run, type cmd, hit enter key. In command prompt type ping 127.0.0.1
also run ipconfig /all in command prompt and tell me what your windows ip confguration infirmation is.

You don't get a reply from 127.0.0.1? does it say timed out host is unavailable, what? What about results for ipconfig /all?

If disabling the LAN doesn't work try vise versa (disable wifi and try and connect via LAN).

Reset/reinstall the TCP/IP stack. Run, cmd, type netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
reboot

Fuck man, write that shit down.  Well the NICs SHOULD be at least in working order if we can ping the loopback. Prob don't need to reset tcpip. It's a driver issue, or something isn't confgured properly.
