Bump. New problem:
I've installed everything, and formatted the HDD in view of installing W7. Now, I press the power button, and the comp turns on, but seems to reset every half-second after that. No POST, no beeps, nothing. Just reset after reset after reset.
It worked yesterday with the same hardware configuration, this morning I even got to the W7 install screen where it couldn't detetct my HDD (even though the BIOS could.

Specs:
ASUS Crosshair IV Formula mobo
AMD Phenom 2 x64 Black ed. 965
OCZ AMD Black ed. RAM (4GB @ 1600 mHz)
Corsair TX650 PSU
Seagate Barracuda 320GB 7200RPM HDD
GFX is my old BFG 7950GT OC, the only PCI card in the house that works. ><
Edit: removed one of the RAM sticks, now works. Except that my HDD isn't detected by W7 Setup.
