Am currently nomming on some crunchy spiral pasta (whatever the hell it's called in italian :p). This shit is so simple.. Finely chop up some thyme, garlic and chili while your pasta is cooking. With about 5 mins left until the pasta is done, put a bit of oil from a tin of anchovies in a large frying pan. Once it's hot, stir in bread crumbs (hence the crunchy), the thyme, garlic and chili, and about 6-8 anchovies. Cook this on medium heat until the bread crumbs are golden brown (it smells fucking great).
Once the pasta is done, chuck it in the frying pan and toss in the juice of half a lemon. Shake the pan around to mix everything up, season to taste and you are done.
