Right so this is either 1 of 3 things.

1. Kids are fucking stupid cause 6/10 are actually websites so all they needed to do was add .com or .co.uk to the end rather than search.
2. Teachers are fucking stupid and not teaching kids how to use computers.
3. The BBC Article is bullshit because it says "The study logged webpage visits through security firm Symantec's OnlineFamily.Norton, a web-monitoring service for parents." Which isn't actually a study of Search Results, but logged websites. So the top 10 list is a mixture of searches and websites. If so then the top search terms are: Sex, Porn, Micheal Jackson and Fred. Mix these terms together I dare you

companies like symantec make their living out of scaremongering over-protective parents and computer illiterate morons stuck in the 1970's that the devil himself lurks in the net-tubes. i hope they fuck off and i also hope that dumb journalists and news agencies stop recycling and regurgitating their pointless, waste-of-time-and-money excuses for 'surveys'. if i was a parent, this article would mean nothing to me.

I actually search youtube and other sites on google that I know already. It's just because I'm lazy and google gives the site name after a couple letters and after that it's just clickety click with the mouse. So much more efficient and faster
